Magnitude 4.8 earthquake hits northwest of Idlib

An earthquake measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale on Sunday hit northwest of the Syrian city of Idlib.

“A moderate earthquake at magnitude 4.8 occurred at 21:13 local time, at a depth of 16 km northwest of Idlib city, according to the National Seismological Center.
