Maduro: Venezuelan scientists have invented a cure for Corona

Caracas,(ST)-Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro announced that Venezuelan scientists have developed a drug to treat the emerging coronavirus, Covid 19.

“The studies lasted for six months, and the results showed that the treatment completely eliminates the virus that causes Covid 19, without any toxic effect on the healthy particles,” Maduro said in a speech broadcast on Twitter and transmitted by (RT).

The Venezuelan President indicated that his country will, in the coming days, hand over the results of the work carried out by the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research to the World Health Organization.

He said: “When we obtain the approval of the world organization, we will start looking for international alliances to produce large quantities of this treatment,” stressing that “the drug that eliminates the Coronavirus depends on the (DRN) molecule that is used to treat hepatitis C and human papillomavirus and Ebola ”.
