“Made in Syria” Fair for Clothing, Textiles and Production Requirements Spring/Summer 2020 kicks off Thursday

DAMASCUS, (ST)- “Made in Syria” Fair for Clothing, Textiles and Production Requirements Spring/Summer 2020 is to kick off tomorrow at Damascus fairgrounds with the participation of 260 local companies.

The event is organized by the federations of the chamber of commerce and industry and the Syrian Clothing and Textiles Exporters Association.

Clothes makers from Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Tartous will exhibit their production over an area of 1450 square meters. The products include women, men ,children’s clothing, lingerie, socks, cotton products and production requirements, according to Mohammad Muhannad Dadoush, Member of the Board of the Damascus Chamber of Industry.

 Dadoush stressed that the fair is important for promoting and marketing Syrian textile production inside Syria and abroad, noting that hundreds of Arab businessmen were invited to visit this fair to create more opportunities for signing contracts on exporting Syrian textile products.
