“Made in Syria” exhibition in Baghdad witnesses high visitors’ turnout

Baghdad, (ST) – The exhibition of “Made in Syria” for direct sale in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, witnessed a remarkable turnout today, despite the high temperatures and the measures taken to combat Covid-19 pandemic.

The exhibition kicked off in Baghdad last Sunday, and it was organized by the regional office of the Federation of Arab Exporters and Importers in Syria and the Association of Syrian Exporters of Garments and Textiles, in cooperation with the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Industry and Commerce.

Al-Dandah indicated that, the opening of the exhibition represents the inauguration of a new phase of the Syrian-Iraqi brotherly relations to face challenges, especially the unjust economic siege on Syria.

He insisted on the growth of brotherly relations between Syria and Iraq at all levels.

Imad Qabbani, a member of the Board of Directors of the Regional Exporters and Importers Union, said that the participation of 100 different Syrian companies in the exhibition has great indications that Syria is creative and productive.
