Lukashenko: The migrant crisis has exposed the true face of the West

On November 14th, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko considered that the migrant crisis on the border between Belarus and Poland revealed the true face of Western countries.

“The migrants are subjected to beatings and violence at the hands of the Polish border guards, although they confirm that they do not intend to stay in Poland and have permission to go to Germany,” Lukashenko said in an interview with the editor-in-chief of the Russian National Defense monthly.

Lukashenko added that one of the leaders in the Polish forces admitted that about two hundred migrants were killed on the border, not two or three, but more than two hundred people, Westerners have already shown their true nature.

Lukashenko wondered why the West and human rights activists in Germany, France and Britain are silent about these violations, and why did it not even allow the media to be there and cover what is happening.

Lukashenko pointed out that the Western media is trying to distort and distort this fact by talking about a dispute between Moscow and Minsk over energy.

Lukashenko said: “Despite the controversy between the two sides over gas and energy prices, the joint security and defense cooperation is sacred.”
