Lugansk: the discovery of laboratories of narcotic analgesics developed by the West for NATO

On November 13th, the chief health doctor in the Lugansk Republic revealed that Western countries are conducting experiments on narcotic analgesics in Ukraine, to reduce the costs of volunteers and specialists.

“The West is conducting laboratory tests in Ukraine in order to reduce costs for volunteers and medical specialists, in addition to that the results will not be announced as quickly as it could occur in any European country in the event of failure of these studies,”Sputnik news agency quoted the doctor, a lecturer at the Luhansk Medical University, as saying.

The agency also quoted a source in the republic: “The regime in Kiev tested nasal analgesic drugs in laboratories located in the Lugansk People’s Republic, which were developed by the West for the benefit of NATO.”

The source said that a scheme had been revealed for Western pharmaceutical companies that conduct blind tests for the latest nasal anesthetic.”

The source pointed out that the Ukrainian forces used these drugs after the tests.
