Lt. Gen. al-Freij visits military units in Hama countryside

HAMA,(ST)_Deputy General Commander-in-Chief of Army and Armed Forces Lt. General Fahd Jassem al-Freij has underscored that Syria will go ahead with uprooting terrorism and restoring stability and peace nationwide.

The remark of  Lt. General al-Freij, who also occupies position of Defense Minister, was made during his today’s visit to several military units in Morek, Helfaya, Arzeh and Khattab areas in northern countryside of Hama.

“Syria will achieve victory over terrorism by virtue of to its people’s awareness, its army’s steadfastness and its leadership’s wisdom,” Lt. General al-Freij said.

He met fighters in the said towns and checked their readiness to pursue the armed terrorist organization.

Lt. General al-Freij praised the high morale of Syrian army’s fighters that led to achieve successive victories over the organized terrorism, which is supported by international and regional regimes.
