Ingredients
• 0.91 kg green beans, cut
• 1 onion, coarsely chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 113 1/3 g tomato paste
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 4 cups water
• salt to taste

1- In a deep pan heat the oil and add onion, garlic and 2 large pinches of salt. Cook on high heat for 10 min or until the onion is soft taking care it does not turn brown.
2- Add the green beans, water and tomato paste and mix very well.
3- Cook in medium heat for 40 minutes or until the green beans are tender. Stir occasionally making sure that it does not need more water. Rectify taste and add salt as desired.
4- Let it cool before serving.
