Lots of Mercenaries Eliminated by Syrian Army

Provinces,(ST)-The Syrian army is still pursuing its national duty in tracking down terrorists to restore security and stability to the whole country, killing large number of terrorists and destroying their equipment.

Units of the armed forces eliminated the armed terrorist groups in Rima farms and the area surrounding al-Nabek city in Damascus countryside and destroyed a car loaded with weapons,  ammunitions and a 23mm-  anti aircraft gun.

Units of the armed forces carried out an operation in al-Shaiah road in the city of Daraya, killing a number of terrorists and destroying their weaponry.

In Homs, units of the armed forces targeted the armed terrorist groups in Bab Hud neighborhood, al-Khaldiyeh village in al-Dara al-Kabira and to the west of the post office in al-Rastan, killing and injuring a number of terrorists.

An army unit foiled an armed terrorist group’s attempt to infiltrate from al-Ghasbiyeh village into al-Rwair crossroads, killing a number of terrorists and injuring others.

In Aleppo countryside, the army units frustrated terrorists’ attempt to attack al-Kindi hospital, killing the ringleader of the so called ” al-Islam division ” which is affiliated to the “Islamic movement of Ahrar al-Sham”.

Another  army unit  eliminated terrorist groupings in Bani Zaid, Maaret al-Artik, Handarat, Nakkareen, al-Lairamoun and Anadan.

A number of vehicles loaded with weapons and ammunitions on al-Atareb-Aleppo road were destroyed and a whole armed terrorist group was eliminated in the area surrounding the central prison, al-Wdihi town, Kastilo road, Khan al-Assal, al-Arbeed, Jdaideh,Koairas and kfr Hamra.

Units of the armed forces clashed with an armed terrorist group in al-Dbaid street, al-Ashrafieh neighborhood, Bustan al-Basser, al-Kallaseh, al-Tannaneer square in the old city, killing and injuring the group’s members.

In the meantime, units of the armed forces smashed terrorist groups to the west of Abo al-Dhour airport, Sarakeb, Kfr Haia, and al-rouj plain in Idleb  and destroyed a huge amount of weapons and ammunitions. 

A number of terrorists, who were trying to attack the army checkpoint near al-Kunsrwa plant, were killed, including terrorists of Chechnya and Libyan nationalities.

In Maaret al-Nouman, units of the armed forces destroyed terrorists’ den and weaponry store to the north of the Museum building, killing large number of terrorists most of them are of Saudi, Yemeni, Libyan, Turkish, Palestinian, Afghani and Pakistani nationalities. 

In the southern countryside of Hassaka, a unit of the armed forces frustrated terrorists’ attempt to ransack a wheat silos in Sabah al-Khair area.

An official source told a local media that a unit of the armed forces carried out a special operation in Tal Barak police station in the northern countryside of Hassaka, killing all members of an armed terrorist group and destroying their weapons and ammunition.

Meanwhile, the concerned authorities foiled the terrorist attempt to detonate a15 kg explosive device planted near al-Quds garden in Firdousa street in   al-Hasska city center.
