“Little Golden Sheep Award” for young artists with special needs

Sebhan Adam, the international Syrian plastic artist, has added a new award to the annual ward for creativity he launched days ago.

The new award, which is called “the Little Golden Sheep”, targets talented children and youths with special needs.  

According to Adam, the award will be given to creative and aspiring children, adolescents and youths who are distinguished at drawing, handicrafts or any aesthetic artistic skills.

The total value of the award is 10mln Syrian Pounds (SYP). It to be awarded to a hundred winners among persons with special needs but who have strong determination and ambition, Adam said, adding that each of the winners will get SYP100,000.

  The artists made it clear that contestants to win the award can send a copy of their participating work attached with information about the work and the participant himself or herself via the e-mail posted on social media.

The participating artworks will be posted on artist Adam’s social media accounts periodically until December 11, 2020. The results will be announced on December 18, while awards will be distributed on the 25th of same month.
