Lieutenant pilot “Yassin Muhammad Ibrahim”

The hero martyr, lieutenant pilot “Yassin Muhammad Ibrahim” joined Minnigh the Military Airport in Aleppo Governorate in January 2012, and after about a month and a half, the siege around the airport began.

The hero and his comrades endured for months the lack of food and water and lived in the most difficult conditions of life.

Nothing discouraged them from their steadfastness and defiance, even the lack of food. They were cooking herbs of whatever kind so that they could continue to survive and continue their battles.

One day, a battle took place at the airport entrance. During the clash, Yassin was seriously wounded in his face by shrapnel.

On the night of Friday 14th of June 2013, a terrorist shot him suddenly from a close distance; he was wounded in the neck and martyred.
