Lebanon submits a complaint to the United Nations and the Security Council against the deliberate Israeli violation of Lebanese sovereignty

Beirut (ST): The Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants asked the Permanent Mission of Lebanon to the United Nations in New York to submit a complaint to the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the UN Security Council, about the Israeli occupation plan to perpetuate its full occupation and complete the annexation of the northern part of the town of Ghajar, which extends on the outskirts of the town of Mari. This constitutes a flagrant and dangerous breach of the Lebanese sovereignty added to the daily and continuous violations of International Resolution No. 1701 issued in 2006.

In the complaint, the Ministry demanded the condemnation of this deliberate violation of Lebanese sovereignty and the immediate and unconditional Israeli withdrawal from all occupied Lebanese territories.
