Lebanon files a complaint at the UN against Israel’s violations of its sovereignty

Beirut (ST): Lebanese Caretaker Prime Minister Hassan Diyab asked Acting Foreign Minister Zina Aker to instruct Lebanon’s delegate to the United Nations to file an urgent complaint against the Israeli enemy because of its repeated violations of Lebanese sovereignty, endangering the safety of civil aviation and directly threatening the lives of Lebanese and foreign civilian passengers.
 
Diyab stressed, according to the Lebanese National Media Agency, that the Israeli enemy’s continued violation of Lebanese sovereignty constitutes a direct threat to UN  resolution 1701 and called on the United Nations and the international community to condemn the Israeli aggression and take measures that preserve Lebanese sovereignty and ensure the implementation of UN resolutions.
