Lebanon condemns the Israeli enemy cyber attack on Lebanese civilians, describes it as dangerous

The Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the caretaker government condemned in the strongest terms the Israeli cyber attack that led to the explosion of a large number of “Pager” communication devices in several Lebanese regions, and caused an initial death toll of 8, including children, and thousands of wounded.

The Lebanese Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Tuesday “this dangerous and intentional Israeli escalation is accompanied by Israeli threats to expand the war towards Lebanon on a large scale, and by Israeli intransigent positions that call for more bloodshed, destruction and devastation.”

The Ministry went on to say that after consulting with the Pime Ministery, the Foreign Ministry began preparing a complaint to the Security Council in this regard as soon as the data related to the attack are completed.

The Lebanese caretaker government condemned the Israeli cyber attack, saying that this criminal act is a serious violation of Lebanese sovereignty, and a blatant crime by all standards,” stressing that it has begun making all necessary contacts with the concerned countries and the United Nations to put them before their responsibilities regarding the Israrli continuing criminality

Hizbollah holds Israeli enemy responsible for the explosion of wireless communication devices in Lebanon

Hezbollah on Tuesday issued  a statement holding the Israeli enemy fully responsible for the criminal aggression which hit the civilians as well and left a number of martyrs and a big numbers of injuries.

The statement indicated that the stance was taken after scrutinizing the facts in current data and available information about the sinful attack that had taken place this afternoon.

“Our martyrs and wounded are the symbol of our struggle and sacrifices all the way to Al-Quds in triumph of our honorable people in Gaza Strip and West Bank and continuous support,” the statement added.

The statement stressed that this stance of backing the valiant Palestinian resistance will remain our pride and honor in this world and the hereafter.

Hezbollah, finally, vowed to justly punish this treacherous and criminal enemy for this sinful aggression.
