Lebanese resistance attacks Israeli enemy’s “Meron” air surveillance base with 62 missiles

The Lebanese national resistance has announced that its fighters fired 62 missiles of various types on the Israeli enemy’s air surveillance base “Meron”, causing direct and confirmed hits.

In a statement on Saturday, the resistance said that this attack constitutes an initial response to the crime of assassinating Deputy Head of the Political Bureau of the Palestinian resistance movement “Hamas” Saleh Al-Arouri and his companions in Beirut on Tuesday.

The resistance clarified that the “Meron” air control base is located on the top of Mount Jarmaq in the north of occupied Palestine, and is considered as the only center for management, surveillance and air control of the Zionist entity in this area with no major alternative. The resistance pointed out that it is one of the two basic bases of the usurping entity: “Meron” to the north, and “Mitzpe Ramon” to the south of occupied Palestine.

Later, the Lebanese resistance also targeted three positions for the Israeli enemy on the Lebanese-Palestinian border, causing direct hits.

The resistance said in a statement: “In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza Strip and their resistance, our resistance fighters targeted a gathering of enemy soldiers in the vicinity of Al-Manara site with appropriate weapons, directly hitting their target. The fighters also attacked another gathering of enemy soldiers in the vicinity of the Jel Al-Alam site, killing and wounding a number of soldiers. In addition, the resistance targeted Israeli forces gathering in the Avivim settlement with appropriate weapons”.
