Lebanese researcher unveils secret documents about war on Syria

The Lebanese researcher and writer Sami Kleib will give a lecture today on his new book that unveils secret documents relating to the Syrian war.

The lecture is to be given in cooperation with the Damascus Center for Research and Studies (D.C.R.S.) in the Dunes Club in the Madinet al-Shabab (youths’ city) in Damascus in the presence of several politicians, writers and media outlets, according to the official news agency (SANA).

The agency indicated that Dr. Kleib will talk about the current conflict, the main internal and external reasons of the war on Syria since President Bashar al-Assad’s resumption of power and the U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003.

The D.C.R.S. is an independent institute established in 2015. It focuses on regional and international affairs, future studies and researches in all fields.
