Lebanese Prime Minister: Legal Border Crossings with Syria Must Be Opened and Activated

Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam emphasized on Wednesday the necessity of opening and activating the legal border crossings with Syria.

According to the Lebanese outlet “Al-Nashra,” Salam made the statement while receiving the Mufti of Akkar, Sheikh Zaid Bakkar Zakaria, noting that “stability in Syria will contribute to boosting investment and economic revitalization in northern Lebanon.”
