Lebanese politician: Syria has protected Lebanon from the danger of terrorism

BEIRUT,(ST)_Former Lebanese Parliamentarian Emile Lahoud has argued that Syria’s victories over terrorism have protected Lebanon from the danger that was threatening it amid the expansion of the Takfiri plan.

He told the correspondent of the Syrian News Agency (SANA) in Beirut that Syria faced the regional and international conspirators and remained steadfast.

“Syria has foiled the plot that was hatched against it and has protected its unity and sovereignty,” Lahoud added.
