Lebanese national resistance: attack on Lebanon’s security will not go unanswered

Hezbollah in Lebanon condemned the targeting by the Israeli occupation forces of a media team yesterday near the al-Abad site on the outskirts of the town of Houla, which led to the martyrdom of a journalist and the injury of another.

Al-Manar TV website quoted the party’s media spokesperson as saying in a statement today: “The Zionist enemy continues its criminal policy of attacking civilians and journalists operating in the Lebanese border area with occupied Palestine. This aggression is a complement to the enemy ‘s previous crimes against media workers  in Lebanon and Palestine, with the aim of preventing them from reporting the truth, covering and documenting its brutal crimes against civilians and innocents.”

The party called on all media institutions, trade unions, professional and humanitarian associations to condemn these crimes, adding: “the killing of civilians and the assault on the security of our country will not go unanswered or unpunished”.
