Lebanese Health: 3,516 martyrs and 14,929 wounded since the start of the Israeli aggression

Beirut, (ST)- 35 people were martyred and 143 others were injured as a result of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon on Sunday, bringing the number of victims since the beginning of the aggression to 3,516 martyrs and 14,929 wounded.

The Lebanese National News Agency quoted the ministry as saying: “7 people were martyred, including a woman, and 16 others were injured as a result of an airstrike on Ras al-Nabaa area in Beirut, while 3 people were martyred, including a woman, and 29 others were injured as a result of another airstriike on Mar Elias area in Beirut.”

The ministry added: “The Israeli enemy continued to violate international laws and humanitarian laws by targeting the location of the Islamic Health Association in the town of Qana, which led to the martyrdom of two paramedics.”

In a new violation of international laws, the Israeli enemy bombed the Litani River and the outskirts of the town of Blat with internationally banned cluster bombs, and also bombed the town of Shamaa, the outskirts of Ziqin, and Ain al-Zarqa between Alma al-Shaab and Tayr Harfa with artillery, using phosphorous shells.

The enemy’s air force launched a series of raids targeting the towns of Al-Kharayeb, Qaqayyat Al-Jisr, Ma’arka, Qana, Majdal Zoun, Al-Hosh, Al-Midan neighborhood in the city of Nabatieh, the vicinity of the cemetery, and the vicinity of the Khiam detention center.
