Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Tuesday that the West has not fulfilled its promises and has not decided to exclude sanctions that prevent Russia’s food from accessing world markets.
Lavrov said the West had not relaxed sanctions to make it easier for Russia to ship its agricultural products abroad.
“Our Western colleagues are not doing what was promised to us by the UN Secretary General, that is, they are not making decisions on the exclusion of logistical sanctions that prevent the free access of grain and fertilizers to world markets,” Lavrov said in a news conference in Moscow.
