Lavrov: The West has declared an all-out hybrid war against Russia

Moscow (ST): Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stressed that the West has declared a real and comprehensive hybrid war against Russia and does not hide its goals by stifling and destroying its economy, stressing that it will fail in that.

Lavrov said in a speech during the meeting of the Public Diplomacy Support Fund in Moscow today: They declared against us a real, total hybrid war.. This term used by Nazi Germany is now used by many European politicians when they say what they want to do with Russia, adding, “The West does not hide at all. His goals are to destroy and strangle the Russian economy and Russia in general, but he will not succeed in that.” 

Lavrov pointed out that the United States and the West are behind the crisis in Ukraine, as they were the ones who tried to expand NATO to the east and pushed Kiev to threaten Russia’s security, solve the Donbas crisis militarily, and refused to implement the Minsk agreements, and provided it with weapons that killed thousands of civilians, explaining that Moscow had no choice but a military operation to protect its security.

Regarding the laboratories and biological military activities of the United States in Ukraine, Lavrov stated that Moscow will constantly raise this issue at the United Nations because it threatens international peace and security and will also raise questions about opaque military biological activities around the world.
