Lavrov condemns terror attack on military academy in Homs, expresses condolences over the victims of this criminal act
The Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has condemned the terrorist attack that targeted the graduation ceremony of the cadets of the Military Academy in Homs.
In a message to the Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Faisal Al-Mikdad, Lavrov said: “I felt so sad when I knew about the tragic losses resulted from the terrorist attack on the Military Academy in Homs on the 5th of this month during the graduation ceremony of the academy’s cadets”.
“I strongly condemn this inhuman act and hope that you convey my sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the martyrs and my wishes of speedy recovery to the wounded.
