Launching the second intensive national campaign to vaccinate against the Coronavirus next Sunday

With the aim of raising the rate of those immunized and maintaining the stability of the epidemiological situation, the Ministry of Health is launching the second intensive national campaign for vaccination against the Corona virus from June 19 to June 30.

Director of Primary Health Care in the Ministry Razan Al-Tarabishi saidthat the campaign will be under the slogan “A new opportunity to be safe”and targets all citizens over the age of 18 in all governorates.

About 7,400 health workers across 37 hospitals, 986 health centers and 386 mobile teams are participating in the campaign.

She said that the ministry has completed all technical and logistical preparations to launch the campaign and reach all citizens by securing their supplies and providing mobile teams with heat packs to ensure that vaccines are kept safely.

She stressed that the vaccine is the only solution to maintain the stability of the epidemiological situation and eliminate the pandemic.
