Lattakia visual artists express loyalty to homeland’s martyrs

Some thirty-five visual artists have participated in an exhibition in Lattakia city to express loyalty to the homeland’s martyrs.

The paintings reflected the situation of the Syrian home and woman during the current crisis in the country.

A home in Lattakia city was painted in a green colour by the artist Talal Ali to represent the Syrian home, which is full of love.

Another painting shows a Syrian woman with a black dress sitting in front of the scene of destruction was drawn by the artist Natali Mustafa, who called her painting ‘Syrian Mona Lisa’.

The sadness of Man in war time was manifested in a painting drawn by Ahmad Jom’aa.

These paintings plus others are to be sold in the exhibition held by the visual artists Union in Lattakia city, and part of the revenues of selling the paintings will be given to families of the martyrs, who sacrificed their lives for defending the homeland.
