Lattakia Governor reassures about the health of a new batch of Syria earthquake survivors returning from the UAE after completing their treatment

On behalf of President Bashar Al-Assad and First Lady Asma Al-Assad, Governor of Lattakia Amer Hilal visited a new batch of earthquake survivors who returned to Syria after completing their treatment in the United Arab Emirates, and reassured about their health.

Governor Hilal conveyed to the survivors the greetings of President Al-Assad and the First Lady, and their wishes for good health.

The two survivors are Muhammad Salah Abdul Qadir Qiblawi,14 years old, and Ali Samir Tafouh, 9 years old. They arrived yesterday evening at Damascus International Airport. They were received by the Deputy Minister of Local Administration Moataz Dohji and Director of Operations of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Tamam Mahrez.

It is noteworthy that this batch is the third that returned to Syria after completing medical treatment, as the number of cases being treated in the UAE reached twelve, of which eight cases have returned so far, and four cases are still receiving treatment.

It is noteworthy that the survivors were seriously injured as a result of the earthquake that struck Syria on the 6th of last February, which necessitated their transfer to the Emirates to complete their treatment and provide them with the necessary care.
