Lattakia Governor and Political Office Director Visit Villages in Jableh Countryside to Promote Civil Peace

Lattakia Governor  Mohammad Othman accompanied by the Director of the Political Office Iyad Hazza, visited the villages of Al-Houwayz and Al-Rameelah in the countryside of Jableh city, where they met with local residents to check on their conditions and promote civil peace in the region.

During the visit, Othman emphasized the importance of maintaining stability and security in the area, noting that the governorate is continuously working to ensure the protection of citizens and meet their basic needs.

He also stressed the significance of rejecting sectarianism and enhancing the spirit of coexistence among all groups, affirming that all Syrians share a common national unity and a single goal.

For his part, Hazza pointed out the importance of collaboration among all components of Syrian society, calling on everyone to work together to strengthen national ties and promote civil peace. He reiterated that the current phase requires concerted efforts and a commitment to instilling values of unity and cooperation.

At the end of the visit, Hazza expressed his confidence in the residents’ ability to overcome challenges and build a more stable and developed future.
