Lattakia: Compensation for the unemployed . Three thousand beneficiaries the first payment.

The branch of the National Fund for Social Aid in Latakia has started handing over the unemployment compensation  to the first batch of beneficiaries in the governorate, which includes 2950 workers whose work was interrupted by the precautionary measures to address the Corona virus.

Wiam Al-Qusari, Director of the Fund’s Branch, said in a statement to Sana’s reporter that 850 requests were completed on the first day and the work is ongoing until all persons accepted in the first batch and whose names appear in the lists issued by the central administration, get their compensation .
