Landmine kills 39-year old Shepherd in Homs countryside

HOMS, Sep.6, (ST)- A landmine, that was left behind by ISIS terrorists, exploded killing a civilian while he was grazing sheep in Al-Biyarat Al-Gharbiyat area in Palmyra countryside.

The Director of the General Commission of the Palmyra National Hospital Walid Odeh told the Syrian Arab News Agency ( SANA) that the staff of the hospital offered the necessary first aid to the 39-year-old man, who was exposed to multiple shrapnel throughout the body, especially in the head, abdomen and limbs, as a result of the explosion of the mine before he was transferred to the hospital in Homs, but he died later as a result of his serious injury.
