Bishkek (ST): The Kyrgyz security services arrested a Kyrgyzstan who joined the ranks of the terrorist organization “ISIS” in Syria and returned to Kyrgyzstan to recruit members for the organization.
A spokesman for the press office of the National Security Committee of Kyrgyzstan said in a statement to Sputnik that the aforementioned terrorist had left for Syria in 2016 to join ISIS and had recently returned to Kyrgyzstan on instructions from the leaders of the terrorist organization to recruit elements and transfer them to Syria and Afghanistan.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov had confirmed earlier that the terrorist organization “ISIS”, after its continuous defeats in Syria and Iraq, has turned into a secret terrorist network working to spread sabotage and recruitment activities in the countries to which the terrorists return.
