Kuwait Welcomes the Announcement of the Formation of the New Syrian Government

The State of Kuwait welcomed the announcement of the formation of the new Syrian government and expressed its hope that this government would fulfill the aspirations and hopes of the brotherly Syrian people for security, stability, and prosperity.

 

In a statement issued today and reported by the KUNA news agency, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized Kuwait’s eagerness to cooperate with the new Syrian government to elevate the historical bilateral relations between the two countries to broader horizons and strengthen them across various fields.
