Khamenei: Supporting the people of Palestine is one of the most important duties of the Islamic nation

Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Monday that supporting the oppressed people of Gaza and Palestine is one of the most important duties of the Islamic nation.

He pointed out that those who violate this duty will be held accountable by future generations.

Iranian news agency IRNA quoted Khamenei as saying in today’s speech: “It is necessary to focus on Islamic unity to stand up to all attempts by the corrupt to distort the image of the nation.”

Khamenei indicated  that the enemies are trying, through the use of  propaganda, economics, and intellectual tools, to stir up discord and strife among Islamic countries in order to divide their peoples, noting that “the dignity of the Islamic nation lies in unity and through the duty of supporting the oppressed in Gaza and Palestine.”
