Kanaani: World public opinion has become more aware of the necessity of putting an end to the crimes of the Israeli entity

Tehran-(ST)- Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani confirmed that global public opinion has become more aware of the need to stop the crimes of the Israeli occupation in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

The Iranian news agency IRNA quoted Kanaani as saying on “X” platform: “World public opinion, despite Israel and its protectors, has become aware and is in the process of putting an end to the Israeli war crimes in Gaza Strip and the West Bank and is working to put the perpetrators to trial at international courts with jurisdiction and implement justice.”

Kanaani pointed out that the widespread protests by American students and university professors in support of Palestine against the occupying entity and the widespread detention campaigns against them are clear evidence of the role of this movement in exposing the crimes of the occupation.

For weeks, a number of American cities and universities have witnessed protests demanding an end to the Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip, while the American police detained hundreds of students and demonstrators amidst administration restrictions on students who reject the Israeli war of extermination against the Palestinians
