Kanaani: The actions of some American politicians reveal the false face of their country regarding human rights

Tehran (ST): Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani confirmed that the recent actions of some American politicians have revealed more and more the false face of America towards human rights.

Kanaani said in tweets in response to the statements of former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo: “The US administration’s alliance with terrorists and its killing of more than 17,000 Iranian citizens has become more clear.”

Kanaani added: The American regime’s clinging to criminals to put pressure on the Iranian government and people shows that their hands are empty, and this fact does not diminish Washington’s legal and international responsibilities for violating the rights of the Iranian people and blatantly supporting the terrorist groups.
