kanaani: Demonstrations at American universities reveal  people’s condemnation of  Zionist entity’s crimes

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani has confirmed that the pro-Palestinian demonstrations taking place in American universities express peoples’ positions against  Zionist entity’s crimes committed in Gaza  and the awakening of world public opinion regarding the Palestinian issue.

“Public opinion and free thinkers in the world will not allow the Zionist genocidal crimes to continue.” Kanaani said on Monday in his weekly press conference , which was held at Expo 2024 on the exhibition grounds in the capital, Tehran.

Iranian spokesman stressed that the policy of repression cannot silence the mouths of those who oppose the crimes of the Zionist entity, pointing out that the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs absolutely does not accept violent and military behavior in the atmosphere of American universities and ignoring the demands of students there.

Kanaani added: “The American government ignored its obligations in the field of human rights by giving the green light to the police to deal violently with students and suppress them in their universities, indicating that the whole world must pay attention to these student voices and demands and stop Zionist crimes.”
