Ingredients
1 kg finely ground lamb beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoons allspice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
salt
oil for frying
Cooking method:
1. Knead all the ingredients together in a bowl, until ingredients are well mixed. Except the vegetable oil.
2. Place the kafta mixture in a food processor.
3. Divide the kafta into balls the size of a golf ball. With your hands flatten each ball to get a kafta patty.
4. In a deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil and fry the kafta patties until they turn brown on both sides.
5. Serve hot along with fried potatoes and a salad.
