Kabulov: Washington is secretly sponsoring the terrorist organization (ISIS).

Moscow (ST): The Special Representative of the Russian President to Afghanistan, Director of the Second Department for Asia at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Zamir Kabulov, announced that his country has evidence that the United States is trying to establish relations with opponents of the current Afghan authorities and that it is secretly sponsoring the terrorist organization (ISIS).

In response to a question in this regard, Kabulov said to the (Russia 24) channel: “The Americans want to avenge   their shameful military-political defeat in Afghanistan, and they are doing everything so that peace will not be established in this long-suffering land.”

He pointed out that in addition to the US contacts with the armed opposition in Afghanistan, Washington is secretly sponsoring the terrorist organization (ISIS), which has been sharpened against the stability of our partners in Central Asia, and against the security of Russia.
