Kılıçdarolu and Babacan: We will work together to get rid of the Erdogan regime

Ankara (ST): The leader of the Turkish Republican People’s Party, Kemal Kılıçdarolu Oghlo  and the leader of the Democracy and Progress Party, Ali Babacan, have announced their intention to work together to draft a new democratic constitution for Turkey and get rid of Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s regime as soon as possible.

This came during a joint press conference after a meeting in which they discussed details of coordination and cooperation to confront Erdogan’s domestic and foreign policies.

Kılıçdarolu Oghlo said that the aim of his consultations with Babacan and the leaders of other parties is in the first place to get rid of  Erdogan’s regime, noting that the head of the Turkish regime “destroyed all democratic concepts and values during the past three years.

In turn, Babacan stressed the importance of dialogue and coordination between all Turkish opposition parties in order to agree on a common struggle against Erdogan’s regime, indicating that this system has proven its failure in all fields and at all levels after it has destroyed democracy and no longer tolerates even the simplest criticism  aimed at addressing the country’s problems in all domains, the most important of which is corruption and its consequences.
