The prayers came within an annual activity held by Directorate of Tourism in cooperation with churches and archdioceses under the banner ‘Bells for Odessa 3’, according to Director of Tourism Promotion Firas Wardeh, who asserted that this activity consolidates amity and victories being achieved by Syrian people and army in Aleppo city and in other Syrian cities.

“The activity includes Christmas tree light up which reflects partnership between local community, youth voluntary institutes, ministry of tourism, churches and archdioceses, he added.

On his part, the Father Atef al-Falah, who is the Parton of the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, said that the activity aims to send a love message to the whole world and it represents the hope of the Syrian Man, who loves this land and clings to it despite war and embargo.
