Moscow (ST): The Iranian ambassador to Moscow, Kazem Jalali, affirmed that Iran has fulfilled its obligations and has not left the negotiating table on reviving the nuclear agreement and has supported fair and purposeful negotiations, while Westerners, particularly the Americans, have not fulfilled their obligations in this context.
The Iranian news agency IRNA quoted Jalali as saying, in statements in the Russian capital, Moscow, that Iran welcomes any initiative to lift the unjust embargo imposed on it, and it supports purposeful and fair negotiations,” noting that his country has learned important lessons from dealing with the West.
On the cooperation between Iran and Russia, Jalali stressed that the relations between the two sides are strong and solid, and that the bilateral political cooperation between them is at a high level, expecting an increase in the pace of this cooperation after the formation of the new government in Iran.
Regarding Western accusations against Iran about the attacks on ships in the Gulf and the Sea of Oman, Jalali said that the Westerners have not presented any evidence to prove their allegations, noting that the Zionist entity and some Western countries are seeking to create a new atmosphere against Iran.
