ISIS Emir killed and another one arrested in Ayn al-Arab city

ALEPPO,(ST)_An ISIS Emir has been killed in the ongoing clashes with the Kurdish People’s protection Units (YPG) in Ayn al-Arab city north-east Syria, the Beirut-based al-Mayadeen TV channel reported Tuesday.  

The TV channel quoted sources as saying that one of the ISIS Emirs,  dubbed Asadollah al-Chechani, was killed in the ongoing clashes with Kurdish fighters in the city of Ayn al-Arab.

It added that another ISIS Emir, dubbed Abo Hamzeh from Raqqa, was arrested.

The YPG regained control of Botan Gharbi quarter and Mamid town, which lie south Ayn al-Arab, after heavy clashes with the ISIS [terror organization known as Daesh in Arabic].

In addition, more than 4 ISIS terrorists were killed when the US-led coalition planes hit Ayn al-Arab area.

The clashes between the YPG and the ISIS in the city of Ayn al-Arab resulted in killing 34 ISIS terrorists plus several YPG fighters.

Later on, the same TV channel said that a car bomb blast occurred in the eastern edge on the ’48’ Street  of Ayn al-Arab city and it was followed by intense clashes.
