Israeli occupation forces storm into areas in the West Bank

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – Two Palestinians were injured and 35 others were detained as Israeli occupation forces stormed into various areas in the West Bank at dawn on Wednesday.

Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into the city of Qalqilya and attacked Palestinians with bullets and tear gas bombs, which led to the injury of two young men.

For its part, the Palestinian Prisoners Club announced that the occupation forces stormed into several areas in the West Bank, especially Al-Khalil city (Hebron) and its surroundings.

The Club added that the occupation forces detained 35 Palestinians, including two freed prisoners, noting that the number of detainees today was the highest during the Eid Al-Adha holiday.

The club pointed out that the detentions were accompanied by raids, widespread abuse, and severe beatings, as well as threats against detainees and their families, in addition to destruction of Palestinian homes.

The club also said that the occupation forces detained at least 90 Palestinians from the West Bank during Eid Al-Adha including children, freed prisoners and three women, bringing the total number of detentions in the West Bank since the start of the Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip on October 7 to 9,280.

Six Palestinians were injured and 25 others were detained yesterday during the occupation forces’ storming into several areas in the West Bank.
