Israeli forces raided the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, located in the northern Gaza Strip, forcibly forced the medical staff and patients to leave and detained many of those present inside.

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces blew up a residential block near the Kamal Adwan Hospital, resulting in the killing of several civilians and the injury of others. They also stormed the hospital, forced out the medical staff and patients and detained several people present inside.

Kamal Adwan Hospital has been subjected to a strict siege by the occupation forces for nearly two months now, blocking the delivery of medicine, food, medical staff, ambulances and all essential services needed by the hospital.

Earlier, Several civilians were killed and others injured in an Israeli airstrike late Thursday evening in the city of Beit Lahiya, located in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, according to local sources.

WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli warplanes targeted a house belonging to the al-Muqayyad family, which was sheltering displaced members of the Al-Shalfooh family.

The attack resulted in multiple casualties, both fatalities and injuries.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 44,580 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 105,739 others injured.

Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.

Israel’s genocidal attacks continue unabated despite calls from the UN Security Council for an immediate ceasefire and directives from the International Court of Justice urging measures to prevent genocide and alleviate the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza.
