Israeli occupation forces exhume 1100 graves in a cemetery in Gaza and stole 150 bodies

The Israeli occupation forces have exhumed 1,100 graves in the Al-Tuffah cemetery east of Gaza and stole 150 bodies, in a new crime against the Palestinian people, a statement by the media office in Gaza said on Saturday.

According to the media office, the occupation forces bulldozed the cemetery, removed the bodies of the martyrs and the dead and trampled them without any consideration for the sanctity of the dead or the graves. This brutal and inhuman behavior is part of the genocidal war committed by the occupation forces against the Palestinian people.

The office added that the occupation transferred the bodies to an unknown destination, pointing out that the occupation repeated such crimes more than once and this was proved when it handed over 80 bodies of martyrs, it had stolen from Gaza, to the resistance, after mutilating them and stealing their vital organs. The occupation had previously exhumed graves in Jabalia and stole the bodies of the martyrs, the media office went on to say, noting that the occupation is still holding the bodies of tens of bodies of martyrs from Gaza.

The office condemned the Israeli crime which proves the occupation’s criminality and savageness, calling on all countries of the free world and the international community to stop the war of genocide being committed by the occupation against the Palestinian people.
