Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday demolished two shops and a house in the West Bank.
Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem with a number of bulldozers and demolished two shops.
The occupation forces also stormed into the village of Umm Tuba in Al-Quds (Jerusalem) and demolished a house.
The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission revealed in a report that the occupation authorities demolished 318 houses and facilities in the West Bank during the first half of this year, and distributed orders to demolish 359 other facilities, in addition to uprooting about 10,000 trees.
Two Palestinians injured, several others detained in the West Bank
On the other hand, two Palestinians were injured and several others were detained on Wednesday during the Israeli occupation forces storming into different parts of the West Bank.
Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into the city of Tulkarm and the town of Beit Furik in Nablus amid heavy gunfire, which resulted in the injury of a young man and a 14-year-old child.
The occupation forces detained 8 Palestinians during their storming into the towns of Halhul in Al-Khalil (Hebron), Biddu in Al-Quds (Jerusalem), Husan in Bethlehem, and Urif in Nablus, while they raided the city of Salfit, and forced the owners of shops in the city center to close their shops.
On the other hand, dozens of settlers stormed into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards under heavy guard from the occupation forces, which tightened their military measures in the Old City of Al-Quds (Jerusalem) and at the gates of the mosque, and imposed restrictions on the entry of Palestinian worshipers.
