Israeli occupation enemy renews its bombing of villages and towns in southern Lebanon

Beirut, (ST) – Last night and this dawn, the Israeli enemy renewed its bombardment of villages and towns in southern Lebanon, targeting residential neighborhoods there.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the vicinity of the towns of Ramieh, Al-Quzah, Alma Al-Shaab, Aita Al-Shaab, Jabal Barkat Risha, and the entrance to the town of Al-Bustan were subjected to Israeli artillery shelling after midnight last night and dawn today, causing a number of fires to break out in the surrounding bushes.

Enemy  reconnaissance aircrafts also flew throughout last night and until this morning over the villages of the western and central sectors, reaching the Litani River and the towns of Ghandouriya and Faron, in addition to launching flare bombs over the sea coast south of Tire and over the Blue Line.

Yesterday, Israeli warplanes launched several raids on the outskirts of several towns and villages, and hostile artillery shelling targeted many of these villages in southern Lebanon.
