Israeli occupation continues to attack towns and villages in South Lebanon

The Israeli occupation today and last night attacked several villages and towns in South Lebanon, causing massive damage to houses, infrastructure and agricultural areas.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the outskirts of Al-Wazzani area were exposed to artillery shelling by the occupation amid flights by the enemy warplanes over the central sector of South Lebanon.

The occupation’s artillery shelling also targeted Al-Labbouneh area and Al-Naqoura and Alma Al-Shaab outskirts, causing material damage to plants and olive trees.

On the other hand, the Lebanese resistance targeted with missiles and artillery shells the Israeli enemy sites near the border with occupied Palestine, achieving direct hit. The resistance operation came in response to the ongoing occupation attacks against the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples.

In statements on Saturday the resistance said “in support of our steadfast Palestinian people and resistance in Gaza Strip, our fighters targeted with artillery shells and missiles several Israeli enemy positions in South Lebanon.
