Israeli gunfire in the West Bank town of Qabatia kills a doctor, wounds two other people

A Palestinian was martyred and two others were wounded in the Israeli occupation gunfire during a raid on the town of Qabatia in the West Bank.

WAFA News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into Qabatia town, south Jenin, opened fire on the Palestinians, killing doctor and wounding his brother and another young man.

Palestinian media outlets said that clashes erupted between Palestinians and the occupation forces that stormed Qabatia town. During the clashes, an Israeli occupation drone was downed.

Earlier in the day, the occupation forces detained a number of Palestinians in different parts o the West Bank.
