Israeli enemy renews its bombing of areas and villages in southern Lebanon

Beirut, (ST) – During the past few hours, the Israeli enemy renewed its bombing of a number of villages and towns in southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that enemy artillery this morning shelled the area between the towns of Dibal and Al-Qawzah in the Bint Jbeil District with several shells.

The Israeli enemy also bombed the Labouneh area in Naqoura, and the outskirts of Tayr Harfa and Al-Jebin towards the town of Al-Dhahira in the western sector. The enemy also dropped several artillery shells on South Naqoura forests.

In the same context, the Israeli enemy bombing that targeted the town of Muhaybib yesterday afternoon caused the Alpha network to completely stop transmitting to the Mays al-Jabal area and its surroundings.

The enemy also fired incendiary bombs at the forests adjacent to the border line with occupied Palestine, causing fires in the Jabal al-Labouneh and Wadi Mariamin areas.

Luminous bombs filled the skies of the western and central sectors throughout last night, while enemy reconnaissance aircraft did not miss the skies of the region, all the way to the Tyre area.

The Israeli enemy also bombed last night the vicinity of the town of Naqoura and Jabal al-Labouneh with heavy artillery shells, and its aircraft launched an attack on the outskirts of the town of Zabqin in two batches, detonating Patriot missiles in the sky of the western sector above the southern town of Yater.
