Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip continues for the 61st day…more than 100 Palestinians martyred

More than 100 Palestinians were martyred, and scores others were injured on Wednesday in the ongoing aggression launched by the Israeli occupation on Gaza Strip for the 61st day in a row, amid worsening humanitarian crisis there.

Palestinian media outlets reported that the occupation committed a massacre this dawn by shelling a residential area in Jabalia camp, northern Gaza, which claimed the lives of more than 100 Palestinians.

The occupation forces also bombed two schools housing the displaced, one west of Jabalia and the other in Khan Yunis, south of Gaza Strip, in addition to shelling houses in separate areas in Khan Yunis and Nuseirat camp, causing the martyrdom and injury of dozens, according to the Palestinian media.

Meanwhile, the occupation’s artillery bombed the neighborhoods of al-Tuffah, al-Daraj, and al-Shuja’iyya in Gaza City, while the bulldozers carried out extensive leveling operations in the towns of Bani Sohaila, Abasan, and al-Qarara, south of the Strip.

In the same context, the Civil Defense in Gaza said that a large number of martyrs and wounded of the ongoing aggression on the Strip were still under the rubble amid difficult attempts to recovering them due to the lack of equipment and fuel.

Since last October 7th, 16,248 Palestinians have been martyred, including 7,121 children, and 43,616 have been injured in the occupation’s continued aggression on Gaza.
